The cost includes round trip bus service to Chicago, non-stop flights to/from San Juan, Puerto Rico on United Airlines, hotel in San Juan for one night, transfers, and the cruise on Royal Caribbean’s Serenade of the Seas.  I strongly suggest that you purchase Royal Caribbean’s Cruise Care Insurance (I can take care of ordering it).
