The cost includes bus service to/from O’Hare, airfare, the cruise, hotels, the Tundra Tour in Denali National Park and all transfers by rail and motor coach.  Meals on the land portion are not included.  Travel Insurance is recommended and we can assist you with it.

Basic Overview

Alaska is a place of incredible beauty – glaciers coming down to the ocean, eagles soaring above, majestic mountains with snow covered tops, and amazing wildlife.  Come and enjoy Alaska on a Royal Caribbean cruise tour.  We fly to Vancouver and board Radiance of the Seas as we travel north to Alaska.  With land on both sides of the ship for most of the cruise, it is an easy sail.  We dock at Ketchikan (rain forest city), Juneau (state capitol), Icy Strait Point (magnificent beauty) and Skagway (Klondike gold rush city).  You will have opportunities to take shore excursions in these ports.  I have been to Alaska several times and I can answer questions about the excursions. We cruise by the magnificent Hubbard’s Glacier and conclude the cruise at Seward.  On land we board a deluxe motor coach that takes us to Alyeska where we will visit the Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center.  Then it is on to Alaska’s largest city Anchorage where we will eat and shop.  Our next stop is Denali National Park where we will spend two nights.  We will take the Tundra Tour (included) which takes us deep into the park where we can observe animals and the varied landscapes. Hopefully we will be able to see Mt. McKinley (Denali) in all its beauty.  We board our glass-dome train car the Wilderness Express for a scenic ride to Fairbanks which is our departure point for our flight home.  This is a trip of a lifetime in which you will see one of the last pristine areas on earth.  Come and enjoy Alaska!
